Cheese Puree Soup

Ingredients
Potato 2 pcs.
Zucchini (young, zucchini) 1 pc.
Broccoli Cabbage 100 grams
Champignon mushrooms 150 grams
Russian cheese 100 grams
Hard-boiled eggs 2 pcs.
Onion 1 pc.

Light and tasty cheese soup at the rate of 3 l saucepan. It can be wiped with a blender. Or file like that. Boiled without meat, on vegetable broth.
Cooking
1. Boil water and add vegetable mixture or vegetables. 
2. Grate the cheese and add to the vegetables constantly stirring until completely dissolved. 
3. Add the frying onions + carrots 
4. 5 minutes before cooking sprinkle with finely chopped greens, salt, and pepper to taste. And you can sprinkle fresh greens on a plate. So even more useful.
Boil for 20 minutes, then remove from heat and pass through a blender or crush with a crush (like mashed potatoes). When serving, cut boiled eggs into cubes on a plate.

Braised pork with prunes

Prunes 100 grams
Flour 1 table. spoon
Water 0.5 liters

Prunes are surprisingly suitable for pork, such a dish almost no other spices and herbs are needed, only salt and a little pepper. And the main plus of this dish is, perhaps, a delicious gravy.
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Cut pork meat into slices of 2-3 cm or as you like. Add to the onion, fry without covering the pan with a lid until golden brown. If you want, add carrots in cubes or slices, but it does not need to be fried, better add to the gravy. I sometimes ignore carrots in this dish.
Add water, tomato paste, prunes. And simmer under the lid for 40 minutes. Serve with any side dish.

Pineapple Chicken Salad

Lettuce leaves 6 pcs.
Pineapple 100 grams
Hard cheese 70 grams
Mayonnaise 2 table. spoons
Curry seasoning 1/2 tsp
Salt, pepper to taste

This salad with smoked (or fried) chicken and pineapples is loved by girls for its taste and simplicity.
So we need one double chicken breast, best smoked or grilled chicken. But if you have fresh, then with the help of curry we will give it the right taste. Cut chicken breast into thin strips, season with salt, 1/2 teaspoon of curry, pepper and fry in a well-heated skillet until golden brown (olive oil is better). Do not close the lid, stir when frying.
Tear lettuce by hand, cut pineapple into slices. It is best to take fresh pineapple because canned will be too sweet. But for lack of fresh, rinse canned slices with water.
Sprinkle the salad with grated Parmesan or Russian cheese and season with mayonnaise.
